The first days

so here i am sitting in mansoura in a internet cafe :)
Just been here since 2 days now and already so much so tell.

well, after i arrived Amr (my contact person) catched me at the airpoty.
We had to wait another 2 hours for a spanish girl and a guy from switzerland.
Already those 2 hours were mroe chaotic than u would be able to imagine....
Have to tell u later because i have only a few minutes left.

We went to cairo , eating .... parked at some parking place and Amr told us that it would be
up to us if we take all our luggage with us otherwise we run the risk that it gets stolen.
But we all were way to tired to carry 30KG of luggage through cairo so we left in in the car.
We were eating some egyptian food, quite nice actually but due to the 42 degrees even in the shadow its almost impossible to eat...

After that we went to Mansoura , my final destination .... arrived at 12:00
Since my journey started at 3:00 am i was quite tired, but already those 21 hours were more than fascinating. People sleeping on the street, mothers with children running through the city at 1:00 am , 4 hear old children trying to sell old metal or donkeys running beside cars..... things impossible to describe by words ... so you have to wait for the pictures.... i hope i'll be able to upload them soon.

Well the people here are really really nice, and eventhough nothing works as they promise it will you feel very welcome and people do try to help u wherever they can.
The air conditioning doesn't work so our room is crazy hot. aprox. 40 degrees.

we have a meeting in 2 minutes so i have to stop now... i 'll continue as soon as i have the chance to.

Chris
